Job Description

  1. Assisting the Manager-HRD & Admin.in recruitment function by collecting & sorting of CV’s filing the same, preparing interview call letters and communicating with the candidates for attending the same.
  2. Arranging the interview sessions in consultation with Manager- HRD & Admin.and interviewer’s.
  3. Preparing letters for appointment, confirmations, promotions etc., maintaining files of newly joined employees, updating the details in computer and co-ordinating with Admin.Assistant for completing the other joining formalities.
  4. Sending monthly reports of recruitment, new joining’s and confirmations to Manager HRD & Admin.
  5. Updating the organization structure as per the instructions of Directors –HRD & Admin.
  6. Other Responsibilities include-
  7. Making travel arrangements for Director-HRD & Admin.
  8. Typing work for Director-HRD & Admin as and when required and for Manager-HRD/ Admin.
  9. Preparing Birthday wishes circular/notice of each employee.
  10. Proper filing of various HR / Admin. Related papers/documents.
